Part of our vision is to make it easy for people to give to food banks, so they can make a difference in their communities. If you ever feel that we have not met your expectations in that regard we want to work with you to put it right.

If your query is not covered in our FAQs, please email supporters@bankuet.co.uk in the first instance. We aim to get back to you within two working days of any issue being raised. For complex matters it may take up to two working weeks to resolve the issue but we will let you know that we are looking into it and keep you updated on progress.

If you are not satisfied that the issue has been suitably resolved, please contact our Chief Executive via complaints@bankuet.co.uk.

We are committed to the highest standards of fundraising and your donations are important to us. As part of this commitment we are registered with the Fundraising Regulator and seek to carry out all our fundraising in line with the Fundraising Promise and within the standards set out in the Code of Fundraising Practice. If you feel we have not been able to resolve your complaint satisfactorily you can raise this with the regulator here.
