Introducing the Bankuet app 2.0

Team Bankuet has been working hard behind the scenes to improve our technology for getting food banks the supplies they need. The Bankuet app 2.0 is the latest release. It brings a refresh to the interface's look and feel, along with a bunch of new features listed below.

What’s new?

Your requests

The place where food banks can keep track of requests, when they’re due for delivery and how much they cost. Pending requests can be cancelled in the app before the weekly deadline. However, once the deadline passes, a ‘pending’ request's status will change to ‘processing’ and it won't be able to be cancelled in the app.

Insights

Instead of the old ‘Balance report’, the ‘Insights’ table gives food banks a monthly breakdown of their Bankuet donations and other financial information. This table will be updated monthly and enables food banks to spot trends, and seamlessly copy and paste data from the Insights table into Excel or Google Sheets for more in-depth analysis. This way, they can make more informed decisions about how to use Bankuet effectively.

Improved product categories

We’ve updated and improved the way our product range is categorised in the ‘Request a delivery’ section, so it should be easier for food banks to find what they’re looking for when putting together a request.
